Instagram Reels Safety Overlay for Reels Page

A transparant .png overlay to visualise what your 9x16 video will look like on a modern iPhone after it's been uploaded.
This overlay is for the Reels tab on Instagram, it will look different in the Feed.

Instagram zooms in on uploaded reels, cutting off the sides, and making them a little taller than actual 9x16. How and where it will exactly zoom in is hard to predict, but this template gets very close.

Simply import the .png image into your editing software of choice, and drag it onto a layer above your footage.

I think Instagram should release these layouts themselves, so us creators can better plan when making content for their platform. Because I think everyone should have easy access to this, I've decided to make it free.
